1. Who we are
No Fuss Ads is a trading name of Be Your Best Self Coaching LLC, a limited liability company based in Indiana, USA. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Be Your Best Self Coaching LLC trading as No Fuss Ads. "You" means anyone who visits our website, signs up for a free resource, or buys anything from us.

2. Agreeing to these terms
By using our website, joining our email list or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.
You must be at least 18 to buy from us. If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.
Some products come with extra terms shown on the sales page or at checkout (for example, a payment plan schedule). Those extra terms form part of your agreement with us. If they conflict with these terms, the product-specific terms win for that product.

3. Our products and services
We teach small business owners how to run Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads. Our products include:
• Digital courses and programmes, such as The Paid Ads Accelerator (including its VIP option), The Launch Ads Runway, Pixel Playbook and The Low-Cost Ads Starter Plan
• Ads Inner Circle, our paid membership community
• Consulting and 1:1 services, such as power hours and done-with-you support
• Free resources, such as guides, planners, templates, webinars and our emails
The sales page for each product describes what's included, how you get access and how long access lasts. We may update course content, bonuses, platforms and formats over time to keep things current, as long as the core of what you paid for stays in place.
4. Prices, payment and payment plans
Prices are shown on each sales page and at checkout, in the currency shown there. Any taxes that apply will be shown at checkout. Payment is taken by our third-party payment processors, and we never see or store your full card details.
Payment plans. We occasionally offer a payment plan, for example on The Paid Ads Accelerator VIP option. If you choose a payment plan:
• You agree to pay every instalment in full, on schedule, even if you stop using the product
• A payment plan is a way to spread the cost, not a monthly subscription you can cancel
• If an instalment fails, we'll let you know and give you a chance to update your payment details
• If a payment remains unpaid, we may pause your access until your account is up to date
We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you've already placed.
5. Instant access and our no-refund policy
All sales are final once access has been granted. Our products are digital, and you get access to them straight away (or on the start date shown on the sales page). Because you can't "give back" something you've already seen and downloaded, we don't offer refunds once access has been granted. This includes cases where you change your mind, don't use the material, or don't get the results you hoped for.
If you're in the UK or EU. Consumers in the UK and EU usually have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital content, that right ends once you start accessing it, as long as you agreed to this first. When you buy from us, you'll be asked at checkout to:
1. Ask for immediate access to your product, and
2. Confirm you understand that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.
For consulting or other services that begin within 14 days at your request, if you cancel within that period you may be charged for the part of the service already provided.
When we will help. If you were charged twice, charged in error, or can't access something you paid for because of a problem on our side, email us at [email protected] and we'll put it right.
Nothing in this section removes any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live that can't legally be excluded.
6. Ads Inner Circle membership
Ads Inner Circle is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period (as shown at checkout) until you cancel, and we'll charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing [email protected] before your next renewal date.
• After you cancel: you keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Your access then ends and you won't be charged again.
• No partial refunds: we don't refund unused time in a billing period.
• Price changes: if the membership price changes, we'll tell you by email before it affects your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
• Content: recordings, resources and bonuses inside the membership are available only while your membership is active.
7. Consulting and 1:1 services
Sessions such as power hours are paid for in advance and booked through our scheduling link.
• Rescheduling: you can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice, or more than 10 minutes late, count as used.
• Access to your accounts: where you give us access to your Meta Business Manager or ad accounts, you stay the owner and remain responsible for your accounts, ad spend, billing and compliance with Meta's policies. You can remove our access at any time.
• Recommendations: we give advice and recommendations, but you decide what to run and how much to spend.
8. Your licence and our intellectual property
Everything we create, including courses, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks (such as The Fiver Framework), emails, swipe files and website content, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. That means you can:
• Use the strategies, templates and swipe copy to run ads for your own business
• Download and print materials for your own use
You can't:
• Share your login, or share, resell, or give away our materials
• Record, copy or republish our content, or use it to create your own course, programme or paid product
• Use our materials to train or teach others, or to deliver services to clients, without our written permission
• Upload our materials into AI tools or other platforms in a way that makes them available to others
